Hello world! This is the little pigeon I helped to come out of the egg. It had already broken the shell, and I just helped it come off quicker. There was also another one in the nest and it was out already, so I knew it was time. I know that this was a risky thing to do, but the parents were tame enough to handle the situation, and then I immediately returned it to the nest. Both of them lived, and grew up to fly away! I was very happy to see it just as it came out, but I will not try it again, as there is no need to stress the newborn or its parents.
